Windows 10: How do I remove the Child login form my PC. This is a new machine install and it appears to...

I did not think I answered any of the question on the initial install to set up a child account. I have looked at the many responses on the internet on out to fix the log-in loop even logging into the windows family page and removing the child account. However, the Family Page also go into the loop as again it appears it believes there is only a child account, or the 2 accounts are both the same email and password. I cannot get past the initial Log-in Screen to make any changes.

my kid is unable to login to her machine with newly created child account

I setup my child's new windows machine yesterday (created a brand new email to use for her login along the way). Now, when she tries to login:

• It prompts for a password (entering correct password)
  
• Prompts to get a guardian to sign-in and approve. - At this point, when I select as guardian and try to login, it errors out as below:
  

I followed the steps suggested in this thread to fix this issue. However, I don't see an option to skip asking guardian's permission instead, I have to choose to select guardian.

 

USB Login Form

HI!

Can someone help me regarding my USB and a Java program. So I have created a Jar file where there is a login form. I have my USB that is partitioned in two. What I want to happen is before I open one of the partitions, my Login form will run. For example my usb has a Drive Z and a Drive Y, if I double click drive Y, my login form will appear. If password is not correct, then it will not be opened.

Child Account not showing up at login

Hello,

1. Have you verified the date of birth you setup for these child accounts?

If you have not setup their date of birth properly on

we suggest you login your children's account and apply the complete details and update the account. After updating the profile information, remove and re-add the child account on the Family Safety website.

Please follow these steps on how to remove a child and re-add it as a member of your Family Safety program.

To remove a member, follow these steps:

1. Log in to https://fss.live.com.

2. Click Remove a family member.

3. Select the member you want to remove by selecting the checkbox on the right of each member.

4. Click Remove, confirm it by clicking Remove again.



To add the member again, follow these:

1. Click Add a new child.

2. You will be asked to sign in the member you want to add. Click Sign in at the right side of the option "Does this child has a Windows Live ID?"

3. Sign in using the child account. After entering the child account, it should appear as the member.
